The tabs are updated with the names of the cards as the cards are created. Thus when a new card is created, there is a tab that says "card id _____". I suppose I could attempt to determine if a card is a new card and rename it before resetting the tabs. However, if I allow users to name the cards then I also have to ensure that they don't name a card something that I can't navigate to because of this taoism, thus the desire to figure out which tab they clicked on, because then I can just go to card (and the number of the tab clicked) to avoid the naming issue altogether.
