Looks very smooth . So you took this from Zbrush ,
imported into V6 ? As an .obj polygon ?(I'm assuming)
Then , did a "To-Nurbs" transform ? 

Smoothed it ? What about geometry ? How dense is 
it/was it/etc ? How responsive was the render
engine ?
