Maybe you should drop your object in a level
and use the level for the object translation and
rotation, if you need a "fixed" COG for the object.

One mistake I made was trying to combine object movement (translation) with animated point editing. The point editing influenced the COG calculation and hence the translation - a never ending loop of corrections of corrections... welcome to hell! I'm starting all over with a fresh banana ;)

Hopefully the preview will be ready next week
