Hi Marie, remember to assign category "home" to your template, if you are trying to assign it to a level-1 page (e.g.: for a page like /myPage you can assign only templates with category "home"). Second, the first time you create a page it belongs to "default" site. If you have created your own site, first open the page, go to "Page Info" and in "site" select your site. Close the page, refresh Admin Central (complete browser refresh) and now you can see your site home template.
Template categories: 1st level pages: home 2nd level pages: feature / section ... 3rd level pages: feature / section / content ... HTH, and welcome to Mgnl world! My colleague (who is absent this afternoon) managed to create her template and a new page this morning, however when I try to do the same (define myProject template in Configuration/modules/templating/templates, create helloworld.jsp) I no longer have access to the template dropdown in the adminCentral panel. When I double click nothing happens. I am using Magnolia 4.3. Many thanks in advance Marie ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/home/community/mailing-lists.html To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <[email protected]> ---------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/home/community/mailing-lists.html To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <[email protected]> ----------------------------------------------------------------
