In your Tomcat's webapp folder, you should have two magnolia instances: The 
author and the public instance.

So if you downloaded the magnolia-bundled-webapp....war and placed it in your 
webapp folder, duplicate the war (while Tomcat is not running) and rename it 
"magnoliaPublic.war". Once you launch TC with a magnolia WAR named 
"magnoliaPublic.war" it will bootstrap as public instance and will show a login 
screen (...unless you try to access the AdminInterface of the instance).
