Hi, By default the author is available at URI http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/.magnolia/pages/adminCentral.html and the public at http://localhost:8080/magnoliaPublic/.magnolia/pages/adminCentral.html
When you first access both the public and authoring instances you will need to install them (setup the repository, JCR etc) and this will require you to login as superuser/superuser.
