If they make it, check if access to the files are granted on the instance. Ruben Yes, the subscriber is set up and I can see the templates and their definitions on the public instance. I checked to make sure that the anonymous role on the public instance has read-only access to the selected and sub nodes from the root of the templates workspace. I get the same error when previewing from the admin console on the public instance even when logged in as superuser. Initially I had seen an access denied error, so I have granted the anonymous role read only access to everything under the templates workspace root. After that change, the 404 message does not even print the resouce path it was trying to access (eg. Error description: The requested resource () is not available). Any ideas on what step I am missing?
