If it's rendered
in magnolia, you can simply load another page into scope for a moment,
render what you need from that page and then unload the page again. See

But what I need is something "Java based", maybe to expose to Freemarker
world like an util, in order to call something like this:

[#assign renderedParagraphString = renderer.render(paragraphContent)]
[#assign renderedTemplateString = renderer.render(pageContent)]
...
Anyway, I'll try to look in that direction..
