then I'd have a look at the contentNodeIterator tag's java code and the
includeTemplate tag. All the code you need would be right there since
those two tags do just that (select a paragraph, render the paragraph)

But what I need is something "Java based", maybe to expose to
Freemarker world like an util, in order to call something like this:
