Wow, didn't know oracle is planning to run on Magnolia now :D what the error tells me is that the DTD or ns declaration of /root/magnolia/tomcat/webapps/myproj/WEB-INF/config/repo-conf/jackrabbit-bundle-derby-search.xml points to some uri that redirects to that page which jdom correctly fails to recognize as either DTD or NS.
