Hmh, doesn't the first message simply mean that Magnolia loads the repository with no cluster set?
The error is coming from the process following the loading of the repository on a regular 4.3.6 installation. What is the next startup step after loading the repository? I can not find any file containing http://www.oracle.com/splash/www/index.html.
