Holy crap, that was it! I had no idea it was a 'generic' Oracle problem and nothing to do with Magnolia. That being said, it would be nice for this to be listed somewhere in the Magnolia documentation ... either in the install FAQ or somewhere similar. I mean, when you have 2 Magnolia WARs beind deployed at Tomcat startup, it opens up a ton of files, processes, sessions, etc.
