I understand your reasoning, and in the simple case it would apply, but with
"site staff" I refer to a large number of different roles in our company,
including a number of personal superuser accounts. The question is rather which
(few) workspaces I do not have to set up for workflow. As I wrote in the start
of the thread we will need to have it for the config workspace and we will f ex
also need it for templates and resources.

But I consider it verified that setting up tree-specific workflow commands is
the way to go. I understand that most of them can be configured in
config:/modules/adminInterface/commands/<tree>/
while the dms and data workspaces define their commands in their own module
configuration.

Are there any other modules where I should add the commands in their respective
modules, or is the adminInterface module the recommended way to go?

Best regards
Mike
