As you're getting the error on a regular base I'd recommend contacting your 
admin - adapting the jvm settings of your installation will solve the issue.

However, the message I'm getting is exactly about the access restriction:

It does not by itself indicate the memory problem or provide a way out for a 
superuser...  yet I believe you are right that the memory situation is causing 
this as I have seen the "low on memory" popup quite a few times.

Unfortunately, I do not have any java gurus handy here at the moment.. so, if 
you could point me into the right direction about "adapting the jvm settings" 
for magnolia installation it would be appreciated.
