Then I would: 1) Stop Tomcat 2) Remove the original ROOT webapp folder in the webapps folder 3) Rename the magnoliaPublic webapp folder to ROOT 4) Restart Tomcat
All done. Just go into adminCentral on the authoring instance and change the subscriber info as appropriate
