Please don't ask me directly, usually I am not available to answer
your questions, and it might discourage others to participate.
I know of no such problem, 2.15 is one excellent build. Maybe you
check if you can reach your system at all (standard network
problems); then check if your subscribers are set up correctly, then
check if your accounts match (you need the same user that you
activate with on the subscribers). Check activation.log etc - the
usual suspects.
