Hello all,
apologies for harassing you all recently but the project is nearing
completion so we are trying to resolve all the little issues we have at
present
we are trying to set up workflow emailing but none of the emails ever seem
to get sent. we see no errors in the logs relating to openwfe
we have slightly altered the basic workflow, basically just uncommenting
the email section so it reads:
<process-definition name="to-publisher">
<sequence>
<set field="mailTo" value="group-publisher"/>
<set field="mailTemplate" value="simonsWorkflowTemplate"/>
<participant ref="command-sendMail"/>
<participant ref="group-publisher"/>
</sequence>
</process-definition>
i have created a node under modules > mail > config > templates called
'simonsWorkflowTemplate' with the values:
body > url + withparams.html
from > my email address
subject > some subject
type > text
but we are unsure as to what we really need to do here.
any help greatly appreciated
