I have just made available a new snapshot release for Castor 1.1.3 at
http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org/org/codehaus/castor/
This snapshot release includes the patch for CASTOR-2078 as well as many
other patches/additions. Most noticeably, we have improved the handling
of Java 5 enums during both code generation as well as un-/marshalling.

Would you provide a current snapshot release that contains the
CASTOR-2078 fix for us to try? I was able to build the jars from the
trunk. I had to make some changes to our code to adapt to some of the
changes that were made to the code generator. But, it seemed to work.
I'd like to try a more official version that you build. I understand
that it would not be a golden release. But it should suffice for our
needs. Let me know.
