In fact, their Windows licensing specifically covers running certain versions back in the products (two, I think), so they've accounted for this. Having been through an audit with them, once, they didn't seem to care whether the product was out of support/sales, they wanted to know if I had a license. Again, I'm no expert, so consult an unbiased expert if you can find one, it's just my two bits based on based experience. -Nick
