sidebar troubleshooting

Hi all, I have a little problem with a client, a debian bullseye with 
KDE: I can't open the Guacamole menu, the sidebar that should be opened 
when pressing ctrl-alt-shift. I have tried in the same machine firefox, 
chromium and konqueror but all these browser doesn't show the sidebar 
when pressing ctrl-alt-shift.

There is a way to troubleshoot the problem?
