I would start there if you have another keyboard handy.
Changing keyboard doesn't solve the problem but pressing <CTRL><Alt
Gr><SHIFT> instead of <CTRL><ALT><SHIFT> does it.
It's the first time I have such a issue even if I've tried a lot of
clients...
