the docker images which usually clears the issue, but its not fixing this now

Check the guacd logs.
Guac has been in service for about 3 years now. I am keen to upgrade but that’s
another thread.
You really should upgrade as soon as you can. Three years is a lot of fixes to
be missing out on.
