I recommend getting the latest and greatest source version of 1.2.x and
then follow http://lenya.apache.org/1_2_x/installation/ source_version.html
and http://lenya.apache.org/1_2_x/how-to/ deploy_publication.html which
both contain all required info.
I've fresh downloaded the win installer (1.2.3) and lenya is running well.
But I should not only copy my new pub (it works fine, but I want to do
everything like it should be), I should deploy it.

Do I have to build lenya from source to deploy my pub?
I'm getting nuts, because I don't understand it!

but I don't get it!
I read it several times, but I'm new to the whole stuff...
