Hi everybody,
I see a very interesting discussion about the editors situation, but I
also realize that it'll take some time and work to find a good solution.
So I would propose to seperate the next release question from the
editors issues.
The next release would be a bugfix release with the improved oneform
editor, like Andreas suggested earlier
and we can continue with the editors discussion trying to find a good
solution for release 2.0.4 or 2.1. This would also be good topic for
the next Lenya meeting I think.
WDYT

Improve the TinyMCE integration by making tiny_valid_elements.js

I guess this would affect the BXE integration, wouldn't it?
Apart from that – I'm a little hesitant regarding schema changes in
minor
versions. What about existing content? Even if the schema is less
strict than
before, the resulting content might break existing applications.
Agreed.
Which reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask for some
time: the
xhtml.rng file includes xhtml-basic.rng, but has comments about
changing this to
XHTML transitional or XHTML strict. Would that be an acceptable
change?
