It would be very interesting to see a comparison.

The MVRB Tree (former RB+ Tree) used by OrientDB sounds amazing reading what
they claim on the site, but I wasn't able to find any test except this one
http://code.google.com/p/orient/wiki/DatabaseBenchmarks
and I'm not able to fully compare them by myself.
