How attached are you to your eclipse workspace? It looks like the easiest
solution would be to start with a new one and re-install your plugins.
Or try searching through the .metadata directories for the invalid xml file to
delete after re-de-installing both 0.0.12 and 0.9.0.

never mind, I was trying to do it with v0.9 disabled.
I uninstalled it and tried again and this time it found 0.0.12

working again but like a dummy, I uninstalled the old one when I saw the new
one working (before I fully tested it and found I could not run my projects)
When I go to the update site, I do not see the old version, only v0.9
How can I force eclipse to reinstall the 0.0.12 plugin?
