Okok, still early in the morning. Saw the links there, assumed they are some 
sort of helpers for ENTERING the URL, not for navigation....

Just to clarify a bit: Suppose I want to quickly navigate to the home page or 
issue management of a pom - I would like to do this in one hop "Project 
Tree->Maven-Dependencies->AnArtefact->Goto Home Page", and not in two steps by 
opening the Pom-editor first.

  Naturally, poms opened from anywhere should use the same editor. That include 
"open pom" actions from dependencies in the editor, Navigate menu, Package 
Explorer and Maven Indexes view.
