Arsen,
Can you please reindex that repo from the Nexus UI. Currently, the
index published by Nexus is only created/updated on manual reindex. In
beta-4, you will be able to schedule it.
Please also check if the artifacts are shown on UI search (if they
aren't shown here then there is another problem)
