Sorry about delay. We just posted new m2eclipse build that should
address issue with index update. Please give it a try and let us know if
you still experiencing the same problem.

I have updated it and it still not work. May be same problem is in indexer
of Nexus repository? I'm using beta-2
If that won't help, I will need to look at to look at content of
<repo>/.index/nexus-maven-repository-index.[zip|properties] files and
also content of the folder at
<workspace>\.metadata\.plugins\org.maven.ide.eclipse\nexus\<repoId>.
