Absolutely. I do it all the time and even reuse the same workspace
folder between those separate Eclipse versions. Though if you'd be
experimenting it maybe not be wise not to use your primary workspace.
I'm not going to cause some sort of copyright infringement doing this am I?
I don't see how you could violate copyrights by installing software.
