Yes, that's right. We built our own lib from the expat sources while
jclark
felt it was a toolkit, not a library. With the stuff on SF he seems to
have
changed that stance and we regard what's there to be the official
expat-lib.

That's correct. I believe Asgard lets you create sitegroup and host in
one action.
