It has to do with deleting persons, groups and sitegroups. I was
watching the database. As long as I only create things, it seems to stay
consistent.

Yes. Provided that my only culprit is asgard, I could also use the old
admin interface for my users and create my sitegroups with appropriate
admingoup entries and hosts either by sql scripts or by a quick and
dirty 'account-admin' page written by myself.

First, I'll try your asgard dump. To make sure, I always run empty.sql
on the database b4 I install new data. Thus, the problem is most
certainly not an *initially* broken database.
