That was the main point actually. If the kernel was installed from
packages
(including the headers of course, these may be in a package named
kernel-devel
or somesuch) I expect the headers to be in sync.

Could you try swapping the include order in mgd_apache.h to see if that
helps
any? I sincerely hope not, but depending on how apache does its own
internal
including order it could have an effect.
