Hi,
The compilation problems I had with Mdk 7.1 were caused by expat, don't
remerber exactly, but it was a problem with static or shared libraries.
I had to install a newer expat lib. I'm currently using 1.95.
This newer released solved some problems but, the header file are not
at the same place (or with the same name) as expat 1.0.
I made an RPM for expat 1.95 which sould be available in the beta
release area of midgard home site (it is provided with my other midgard
RPMS)
I didn't read all the thread, so I don't know if this help...
