i tried every option (i,e ) without --with-midgard and --with-midgard=<path>
but it doesnt work.

i swapped the include files order too in mgd_apache but it also doesnt seem to
work.

I think there is some problem with the libraries as iam getting the same
redefinetion error's when compiling apache too.
