I'm quite sure that Apache doesn't like it being configured for
two different host names on the same IP address without a clean
name-based vhost config. Try to configure both users.nehmer.net
and www.nehmer.net as NameVirtualHosts, one with MidgardEngine
on and one with MidgardEngine off.
