This is the version I had and it was a fresh install of midgard! I haven't
compared the repligard table properties of this version with the tables in
empty.sql, I just deleted every entry in this table!

Yes!

I used the same commandline like you, what I haven't done is:
repligard -c install-repligard.conf -m
to create GUID's for all existing resources.
My install-repligard.conf looks like yours!

I haven't checked inside the tables, but from the old admin site there was
one empty topic entry and many empty style entries and there was no
Asgard_Root subpages... Sorry I cannot remember exactly!

Every time done!
I will test it again creating GUID's for all existing resources!
