1. backed up!
2. emptied table repligard!
3. dumped db!
4. created new db!
5. installed empty.sql!

asgard installs a new admin username, that i deleted! error!
11. again from 1. but making my old admin data looks exactly like the one
asgard installs!
bad! asgard installs again a second admin, i rename my old one and it looks
to work, but i don't want 2 admins, how do i get asgard not to install a
second admin and to use the old one???
what about the installed empty topic?
