So, if I read correctly, (or had read dbinstall better) if you don't 
import the old admin because you already have it, you must run:

        mysql -u midgard -p midgard < GUIDSforOLDSITE.sql

before running:

        repligard -c install-repligard.conf -i AsgardSite.xml

?
