[midgard-user] delayed resource

Hello!

When I try to use repligard, I get the following message:

REPLIGARD/READ-ERROR **: Failed to allocate delayed resource
8f08e52cabc9ea6a5bce678c77a8e76b as a link author for page.

My midgard database struct is same as in empty.sql from midgard-data.tar.gz
What's wrong?
