Whatever this message says :) it means that PHP didn't
load the extension from php.ini. Highly recommended.
If you translate the above error we'll know why.

That error is a result of PHP failing to load Midgard.

That I don't know. The errors you quoted are probably solved by
the new php4 package available from the midgard site (including
a generated header file did the trick). I'm trying to update
sourceforge but their FTP server is overwhelmed it seems.
