Hi all,
I am interested in Midgard to use for a portal development process, and
I have some questions about it's capabilities before I choose it.
1. Besides the functionality that Midgard provides, I look for (possible
existing) solutions for the following tasks: guestbook, chat, file
upload/download/management, calendars, ads. (Maybe more coming. :) I
have not looked into the source yet, and I don't know how easy would it
be to integrate an existing solution into a Midgard-managed site. If you
have experience about any of the above, please help me.
2. What indexing/searching capabilities does Midgard have? If none, what
do you suggest for indexing my web?
3. How much work would it be to change the the underlying MySQL RDBMS to
PostgreSQL?
