These are in /usr/local/midgard/include/midgard/
I copied last directory to where I install midgard-php from and it
seems to be compiled.
But I can not start with Apache:
Cannot load /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_midgard.so into server:
/usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_midgard.so: undefined symbol: mgd_select_db
