It nearly does. I would prefer to have the ability to attach files
using upload instead of cut-and-paste. Maybe it does, but if so, I
haven't seen it in the interface. But it's better than what we have
now, and it could run on our own site, which s a plus. I will not,
however, be able to install or maintain this.
