All I ever did was click reply, I still seriously do not know what was wrong
with what I did, and I do not know about this mystery format you are trying
to enforce. I am using MS-Outlook, and I click reply, isn't that enough? I
am not trying to be difficult, but here it is my third email to you and I
still do not know what you think I am doing wrong. I am using text-only. I
am clicking reply. What else am I missing? Am I supposed to go to some web
site to submit questions? Man you guys are hard on the new people.

*sigh* It's meant to be a reminder with a dose of humour. If you don't
like my sense of humour on this, here's the plain-text version:
Reading from bottom to top is unnecesary extra work for me. It's very
little effort for those requesting my help to write their message in a
format that's been around since the beginnings of the internet, and
for a damn good reason. If you can't be bothered to do that little
extra work, then please explain why I should bother to answer at all.
