No, in principle you're doing all the right things. I knew you were
using outlook, and outlook encourages read-unfriendly formatting. My
first post (when I 'introduced' you to the QuotingCruisader) was
supposed to point that out in a humourous fashion. When you said 'you
Jihad people are getting harder and harder to satisfy', I took that,
appearantly in error, as a statement of 'This is how I communicate,
deal with it'.
The principles of posting readable messages on a mailinglist are
outlined in RFC 1855, but the gist is thus:
Let's assume an original message like:
Hi,
I'm having trouble installing midgard and I think you guys should be
way less uptight.
Then we'd like to see responses like:

what exactly is the problem

possibly right, let's talk about it.
and _not_

The second is harder to read since I have to scroll back and forth to
see what answer applies to what question. It is made even harder since
the answers come before the questions. This might be fun in Jeopardy
but it doesn't make for easy reading, and I get to read a lot.
