Midgard Admin should have following GUID:
f6b665f1984503790ed91f39b11b5392
If it isn't, assign it to one of the two admins using SQL:
update repligard set guid='f6b665f1984503790ed91f39b11b5392' where
realm=person and id=<id-of-the-admin>;
Then make sure that in every place where second admin id is mentioned, it
is replaced by the ID of first admin, and then delete second person.
