There are a lot of sitegroup related things in your setup for a
non-sitegroup installation. I'm not sure if this is all as it should be,
and even less sure if this is caused by the midgard installation being
more focussed on sitegrouped installs, or by you not doing 'the right
thing'.
Could you provide us with a breakdown of how you compiled the different
parts of midgard, and how you upgraded your database to a 1.4 format?
