I posted that problem some time ago, and be ready for more surprises like that :(
good - You can share images within one topic
bad - all other things IMHO :(

I got similiar problem by now:
I edit with nadmin only one topic articles.
I want to share one image within two hosts , not topics.
It looks like impossible :((
