There are some good ones (like arbortext, expensive), passable ones
(wp2000, reportedly xmlspy, affordable) and very bare-bones ones (like
xml notepad, free but data-centric instead of doccentric, and it
doesn't help you keeping the doc in line with the DTD).

I any other free or affordable tools exist (linux or windows) I'd love
to hear about it too.
